Due to Education Minnesota requirements the SEA Executive Board worked on updating our SEA Constitution and Bylaws this summer. There are a great deal of changes that had to occur in order to meet the requriements in order to access funding provided by the state. Please take a moment to review these changes as a Membership Meeting and Membership Vote is required by Education Minnesota in order to have these changes come into effect. 

We plan to host a Membership Meeting on Friday, September 24th at 4:15 -- more information to come -- to go through the changes in these documents with those that would like to view it with us. Then we will have a voting opportunity on Wednesday, September 30th for these changes to go into effect or to go back to the drawing board to revamp the documents.
